You must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") in their entirety, when you: (1) access or use the Website; and/or (2) purchase products or services offered on our Website ("Online Products"). The Mass Appeal Specialties Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and any and all other applicable Mass Appeal Specialties operating rules, policies, price schedules and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time to time, are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Agreement"). Please review the Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions contained within the Agreement in its entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website in any manner or form whatsoever.
Requirements
Only individuals that are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law are authorized to use the Website and purchase Online Products. In order to obtain Online Products, you must first submit the applicable customer information ("Customer Information") that may include, without limitation: (a) your full name; (b) mailing/shipping address; (c) e-mail address; (d) phone number; (e) valid credit card or debit card information; and/or (f) any other information requested by us on the applicable form. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Customer Information as necessary, in order to maintain it in an up to date and accurate fashion. Mass Appeal Specialties will verify and approve all Customer Information with its standard verification procedures. Mass Appeal Specialties reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the submission of Customer Information and fulfillment of Online Product purchases and the associated billing/charges for Online Products to anyone at any time and for any reason, whatsoever.
Refund Policy
You can return merchandise to Mass Appeal Specialties with the option of receiving a credit or an exchange. When mailing merchandise to our office, your only option is to receive a credit for your purchase. You will receive a credit for your purchase if it meets the return criteria.
Return online purchases must be within 10 days after you receive your order.
Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns In Store
Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders to Mass Appeal Specialties.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
- You must bring your packing list or receipt and your valid photo ID. We accept the following forms of photo identification:
- U.S., Canadian or Mexican driver's license
- U.S. State ID
- Canadian Province ID
- U.S. Military ID

We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy.
Returns By Mail
Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail.
- Pack your return in the original package if possible.
- Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
- For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS.

You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account that was used.
If you return an item to Mass Appeal Specialties, the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts within 72 hours. If you return an item by mail, please allow 14-21 days of processing time.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped:
- We recommend that you return the item to Mass Appeal Specialties.

- We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
- Digital content
- Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
- Etched or otherwise personalized items
Items/merchandise cannot be returned by anyone other than the person that purchases the items/merchandise.

License Grant
